I did not review it, but I did read Jeffrey Toobin’s The Oath: The Obama White House and the Supreme Court (BOOK•KINDLE) and would definitely recommend it. Toobin always has great insight into the Court and there have certainly been some interesting moments and historic decisions handed down by the Court during President Obama’s Administration.
The behind-the-scenes story of Chief Justice Roberts botching the oath of office at Obama’s first inauguration and later coming to the White House for a do-over is reason enough to check out Toobin’s book.
