No way. He is done, dead, radioactive. There are many shitty mistakes that you can make and many ways that you can get knocked down and still redeem yourself, especially in the wild world of American politics.
However, there is no blueprint for redemption after knocking up a mistress that your Presidential campaign is paying off as your terminally ill wife is dying of cancer. There is no “Checkers” speech for that one.
